Katey's Palace

First I am giving honor to God and my mother. Without them both I wouldn't have the cougar to be opening my own business. I am doing this bakery for my mother. Whom I name this bakery after. She always wanted one and now she has one. I am also grateful that I learn a lot from her and her cook books. 

I am a dental assistant for 10 years now ( yes it's the perfect combination). I work part time dental assistant so I work most my hours on this business. I also want to thank my sister who also likes to bake. And give honor to my two brother who can't be with us to eat all the overcooked items as they would put it.
